First and foremost they have a remarkable make up numbers operations manager that's only been in the Glass business for 2 years but acts as if her server days (3 years prior) somehow make her superior to associates and other managers. She embraces the backstabbing and ridiculously petulant child atmosphere. Additionally: Management by Chimpanzees: Seriously, if the higher-ups here had access to typewriters and unlimited bananas, their strategic meetings would probably generate better results. The decision-making process is utterly chaotic, leaving employees feeling lost and frustrated. Career Advancement? What's That?: Unless you're related to someone important, or happen to win the favor of the aforementioned primate managers, forget about growth opportunities. Promotions are rarer than an organized supply closet. Communication Breakdown: If there's any information flow within this company, it goes through more twists and turns than a leaky garden hose. Expect constantly changing direction, contradictory instructions, and the feeling that no one knows what's going on... because they usually don't. Compensation: Where'd My Peanuts Go?: The pay's about as inspiring as a wilted head of lettuce. The annual performance review process is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
