      Pros

      The 2 week training is good. The benefits are decent.

      Cons

      The computer system is chaotic to learn. Very old school 20+ years. Be prepared to cross sell products you get taught nothing about. Watch your back. Everything you do and say is thrown back at you. The limits and decision making is very small. My advice is to stay away.

      Wonderful family feel among entire staff even the CEO will know who you are Competitive pay Promotes from within company World class training programs and you can do it while you are working

      Cons

      It is one of the best companies ive ever worked for and I dont have any real cons to list. Although some of their systems were more antiquated compared to national banks but that is expected with a regional bank.
