High individual accountability, masters of domains
Pros
The team in India has shown strong collaboration, making it easy to integrate and adapt quickly. You get to learn with the masters of domains, across the globe, which has been very rewarding. There are opportunities for professional development, like the Okta learning portal, Learning Hub, and Udemy. Compared to other companies, there is focus on individual QA responsibility for projects, which is different from the shared QA responsibilities I’ve experienced elsewhere. Collaboration within the India team has been effective. The training and resources available, including team coordination, have been instrumental in my success. One thing I’d highlight is the emphasis on individual project ownership, fostering a culture of personal responsibility, which is invaluable
Cons
Collaboration US team need some room for improvement Team is distributed across region which requires night time meetings few times Has to sync up with US manager separately to update the everyday activities
