They provide free parking for employees

Do not work for these guys. I accepted a job and then was unexpectedly laid off after only 2 months. Received no separation pay or even paid for vacation accrued. In Commercial organization unless you are a Mormon you are an outsider. Was about to accept an offer from another company when I signed on with Oiltanking. Now my family has been negatively impacted financially. Amateurs.

Cons

Not honest during interview. Promise and then backstab you. Very controlling environment. Feel owned by the place. Long hours. Not very respectful to employees. What's the word - intimidating!
