Pros
Family feel to the business, ability to change roles, some fantastic technical staff there. The MD is good, the head of finance is a piece of work.
Cons
Plenty of politics, must say the right thing all the time, due to the small size of the company work is very stop start. Yarmouth office has plenty of racist personel. Many corners are cut in the process of design due to cost restraints and so it's a bit cowboy and no frills. One bad project will cause managers there to forget the previous good performance on other projects.
