Lack of work/life balance; expected to work 7 days a week (often worked 75+ hrs a week); corporate would not provide the tools needed to perform tasks efficiently so the use of personal items was needed without reimbursement of costs; lack of respect and proper communication from the corporate office (AZ).

They asked their employees to write a good review and as a reward they were entered into a raffle for several prizes. So if you look at April's ratings you will see a lot of good reviews on the same day. We were told...they had a plan in place to come out of this recession better and stronger. They asked everyone to take unpaid time off for two weeks. They told us that we were family and they had a plan to avoid layoffs. Two weeks into the plan, and without warning, they laid off 150 people. We were totally blind sided! We've recently learned that the lay off was always part of the plan, they could have warned us but they chose not to.
