      Terrible Experience.

      Pros

      Despite being a part of a brand where the name resonates in fashion, I do not have a single pro outside of that one.

      Cons

      Insane abuse of power from management. Clients can be aggressive after waiting in a line that management does not do anything to change or accommodate. Verbal abuse and favoritism management. Pay is terrible. Commission structure not in the favor of sales. For Shoe releases, employees are not allotted nor allowed to purchase, even though is required to work ridiculous hours and accommodate angry clients.

      Cons

      They don’t understand or follow any government laws or regulations for workers. Also their HR team helps them in Italy only never the employees. They are a very racially biased company that favors pale skinned employees. Not open to suggestions to make stores more successful. Wants to control every aspect of the business from Italy as well. Not accepting of any ideas to improve business also was treated very differently versus my white counterparts.

      Work load is unreal! Overtime all the time! No structure or recognition head office are trash! And very unprofessional. Understaffed! False promises of promotion to over work you. Do not work here!!! It's not worth whatever they offer you. They won't pay your commission correctly either.
