      Pros

      Management makes themselves extremely available and they generally are quite receptive to ideas. They adapt to change readily and I feel things are addressed and improved on a regular basis. Their hiring processing is pretty smooth and it feels like the company is helping you right along.

      Cons

      Contracts can turn over so it feels like our employment is more at the discretion of the customer than the company. You have to be an adaptable person to work here- if you are one of the people who prefer to work in a company where everything feels the same for years then Odyssey might feel different for you.

      Pros

      Nice the first week but expect to be thrown to the wolves after that.

      Cons

      They are incompetent and expect security and network accessibility to take forever. They are unsupportive and treat their employees very badly. The worst experience I've ever had. They are basically bullies, expect to be thrown under the bus on a regular basis if you work at Hanscom. Please save your sanity and do not work for this company. The left hand does not know what the right is doing.

      Small enough it feels like a family (only at the local level...)

      Cons

      Local leadership is good, but dealing with HQ, especially HR is a quaqmire. The company has grown so much recently, it hasn't been able to keep up, and they continually slow roll the geographically separated units.
