Pros
No pros really. The kids were the only good part about this job for me. Point. Blank. Period. Nothing else, seriously.
Cons
Omg where do I start. The HR was nice, but he gave us all this training that didn't prepare me at all about the actual job. So by the time I was in there working, I was completely clueless. The staff I had to work with were very judgemental, but in a silent way. You can tell by their energy that they were all just keeping an eye on you and waiting for you to screw up. They had the select few that were favored by the teacher of the classroom. It sucked. I hated it and will never ever go back.
