1) learning environment 2) great mentorship 3) higher salaries than other odoo partners. 4) They always encourage on good work 5) Office free lunch. 6) time flexibility 7) Saturday Sunday off 8) mostly work on international project. As a consultant you don't have to travel alot projects done remotely. 9) All people even Directors are young so environment is very friendly 10) They have the biggest team of odoo around 40 people 11) technical team is very big technical task required fee hours to complete
Cons
As a functional Consultant opportunity to learn technical things is very less.
