      Pros

      amazing research, great benefits, great learning opportunities. For researchers, great people to work with and to learn from.

      Cons

      Could be a little intimidating when you start. Impostor syndrome is always around the corner. You better work a lot. Secrecy on your research topic can be annoying sometimes.

      working at Oculus research in Redmond office. There are variety of expertise with many different backgrounds. They have great facilities and people indeed. Location is great too

      Cons

      There's no push to make you work hard externally, but generally people work very hard to achieve their goals. So You will like the company when you love what you do.
