      Team are quite nice, do a lot of social's at the pub etc.

      The consumer products that you're working on are good - luxury hospitality and members clubs.

      Where to start... Terrible team structure - not well thought out which causes friction on the team People are hired and fired ono a whim - people are 'made redundant' at least monthly, with no explanation to them or the rest of the team. There's always an uneasy atmosphere. No real HR processes - no meetings quarterly or yearly check-ins with goal setting - there's not even any meetings before or after you pass probation.
