Leadership values diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance. The company culture promotes honest feedback, the celebration of our individual accomplishments, honest evaluation of our shortcomings, and being supportive of one another along the way.
Cons
Observable is a start-up, so it is fast-paced, continuously changing, and growing. As a result, business process is still being rolled-out, which can sometimes lead to growing pains, which are natural for a company of this size.

Pros
Observable is a great place to work and the only place I've worked that I'd recommend to a friend. Leadership really cares about employees as people. I feel like my voice is respected and there are no brilliant jerks here. There is a genuine culture of respect and everyone is given the psychological safety to try something and fail, without the person being seen as a failure. The team truly loves to collaborate and there are so many opportunities to pair program. The compensation and benefits are amazing.
Cons
Observable is still a startup so selecting the right tools and processes to get tasks done can be a challenge.
