Great potential, impossible to express it

Pros

It’s ok if you got a stage here. Those are good, but run away after an year. You wouldn’t learn nothing new and will end up repeating the same stuff for years, without a path or senior to learn from.

Cons

Management is a mess. They are familiars or old employees that don’t know how to manage projects and people. You would mimic agile methodology where the scrum master is your boss and with stand up meetings with 20 people in it.

Product has been built originally from belgian company acquired from objectway, functional info is a mess with senior members jealous and proud of their knowledge ready to blame you for every move you make

Young environment and remarkable building, 7 euros ticket and mostly friendly colleagues.

Cons

This company is too structured with little focus on the customer and more attention to celebrate agile methods. There is more interest in the search for a demo or graphics without content and without feasibility investigation and this leads to software solutions always sketched at the last moment and approximate. Unfortunately, it was decided to entrust to a single person the entire management of the company, bringing a large investment in the marketing and ensuring only the frontal side of the company and not the functional part. The company is similar to a web agency incubator of R. D. projects. Suitable for graphic designers.
