Pros

Fast paced company that takes care of the employees who take care of the company. Management is very supportive and is there to help you, they'll even join you on second meetings if you need the help

Cons

Things can change really quickly so you have to stay flexible

Great idea & concept, just no leadership.

Cons

Just had major layoffs in sales after hiring US sales reps 90 days earlier. Also lying to hotels to get them to sign with them, promising renovations and then refusing to do them all after paperwork is signed. US management is lazy and no help to employees. They don’t keep their word. Don’t make the mistake of resigning a good job to work for these clowns. They boast of MBAs. However, read their bios. 1 year here. 6 months there. They wish they knew what they are doing. Not one solid manager among them!

Cons...?? Can sum it up as BLIND MANAGEMENT.. acts on what they hear & do not value a resource.. Falsify a lot of things facts & figures.. Hiring IIMs & IITIANS does not make you great company to work with..
