      Pros

      Overall, good company and great colleagues. Meaningful projects. Good work life balance. Pay is fair.

      Cons

      Small company mindset even though we grew bigger. The management team can get emotional and intense at times, their stress can come down to employees. Not many ways to move up within the company. No annual raise.
