      Pros

      This place is a breath of fresh air for me. Having worked in corporate companies, full of micromanagers, for far too long, it's really nice to be working in an environment where we're treated with respect and encouraged to help shape the future of the company. The team have all been very friendly and helpful from day one, I couldn't have asked for a better start. I'm feeling very optimistic about the future here.
