Friendly staff, great physicians. Very structured.

Cons

Management too cliquey with certain staff. No room for advancement. Do not actively listen to concerns of employees, unless you are a favorite. Awful work life balance. You can be switched to go work at one of their other sites without much notification.

I’ve been treated extremely well here by my management and supervisors, and plan to stay for a very long time. All of my needs are met.

Cons

Occasional condescending treatment to cleaning workers, as to be expected anywhere I guess.
