Pros

No pros.. just cons !!!

Cons

Osn is the goose that lays golden eggs to a group of British Heads and VPs, the rest are minions who have no chance of advancement or salary increase, and are made redundant to cut cost despite being overworked and unappreciated. The overall vibe is toxic, game of thrones office politics, backstabbing, job insecurity, as well as a crazy overload of work to save cost and cut expenses. At OSN people spend their day trying not to get fired, there is fear, lack of trust, and an overall lack of team spirit. The CEO is completely oblivious of what is happening in his company as long as his numbers make sense to the shareholders.
