      Fast growing company with great products, lovely coworkers and great benefits like unlimited PTO, nice founders and a really nice remote work culture.

      Cons

      Communication can be tough between departments as a result of not being in person.

      I've never felt so appreciated, inspired and fulfilled! Working at OSEA has truly changed my life for the better and I'm so grateful for the incredible leadership team and company culture at OSEA. Melissa the CEO and founder is a true visionary and it's been the biggest gift to learn from her and watch her lead this company with deep purpose, kindness and conviction. She genuinely cares about her people and the company she and her family have built over the past 28 years. From the vast wellness benefits and free products to the family-first mentality, this company is the real deal. I wake up smiling every morning because I'm so grateful to work here!!
