because of the lack of clear and coherent strategy, most management decisions don't make a lot of sense to employees, which means people end up working in silos just doing their own thing and resources are spread out too thinly over too many projects, working in silos, covering a too wide diversity of industries; nepotism is rampant; as evidenced by executive team - a unabashed men's club; highly controlled work environment; senior management doesn't work together effectively; fewer professional growth opportunities relative to other international companies because of flat org structure
