The upper management at Orolia is poor as they are still understanding the previous business and tailoring it. Unfortunately, it makes for a very stressful work environment. Training opportunities are limited, people are placed in positions they often don't deserve, and they have a tendancy to overwork and under pay. Though the benefits are good, and the hours semi-flexible, those are needed in order to keep anyone at the company. The only focus is the bottom line, which makes takes the personality away from the small business.
