      Great Company To Work For

      Pros

      High Wages, benefits, 401k. Team Oriented atmosphere. Opportunities to grow within the company. The company has an extremely high retention rate. On-going training for personel to keep everyone updated on new regulations that come down from the government. New training tactics, and plans of action that help our staff and clients stay safe.

      Benefits, in-house training, a wide variety of sites to work.

      Cons

      Management can be disorganized/not on the same page with employees. Late reliefs from other employees, cannot leave the site.
