Pros

Team members support each other, it is a friendly atmosphere, we are encouraged to continue to learn and ask questions, and the work environment is relatively flexible. People who call in are also usually pleasant to communicate with and on the off chance that they are not, management does not expect us to take verbal abuse.

Cons

Organization of internal materials could be more efficient.
