OPIE Software interview questions

Dreadful. Was treated like an afterthought - only 1 of the 3 people who said they would be appearing for one of the interviews even bothered to arrive. To top it all off, they give you a take home assessment that "should only take an afternoon" (already way too much time to begin with) when in reality it's going to take several days. Do yourself (and the rest of us software developers out there) a favor and politely decline the ridiculous proposition of performing unpaid labor in exchange for the chance at an interview.
