Even Glassdoor cant provide the space if we start mentioning about the Cons of OMICS International. Then also I mentioned Few: 1. Worst and Third Class Admin Team, don't know English properly, don't know how to behave, Incapable of everything, No knowledge of corporate sector. Just wasting companies money (Anil Gedela need to be removed) 2. Worst HR Team. Cant speak properly, listening music in the cabins, always chitchating, never maintaining the dress code. cant speak properly, incapable of solving problems 3. Higher management: Never wore ID cards, Except few no one came in formals Supporting Teams: Thought themselves as the King of OMICS and PC's are their slaves. But they forgot or may be they dont have shame that because of PC's, they are getting their salary 4. Use of Mobile: Only PC's, TL's are advised to not to use mobiles, but everyone else is using.I want to know who the hell is here who give them the authority 5. Rule: When a rule is made, why it is implement for PC and TL on;y, why not for everyone 6. Make Line: Where government is trying to finish the line, Our company is creating line in every aspects. For bus, for tea, for food, for log in log out. Worst management by HR and Admin 7. Partiality: Best Award for partiality goes to OMICS 8. Fines & Incentives: If all the members are sharing the incentives of PC's & TL's then why they are not sharing the fines of PC's & TL's

The company has a structure for fines, if you are unable to get registration you will be fined. The cafeteria of Divyashree buildings is outside office, so you have to eat inside or buy food outside. Mobile phones are strictly not allowed. Work hours are fixed, you have to report office on time. You cannot leave office other than the break hours. You do.not have multiple options in the field of event. Management. So growth is limited. Alternative Saturdays are working.
