      Great Entry way to get your foot in the door

      -Great in office environment -Great Co workers -Amazing Entry Level role -Diversity - Being able to say you work for Disney

      Cons

      -Low pay with no merit increase, you only get a pay bump once you're promoted which can take a while. California is expensive. - No direction on promoting unless I bring it up

      Pros

      Good peers to work with, and I appreciated the flexibility of working remotely. My investment team was supportive and allowed autonomy without micromanagement.

      Cons

      The team structure felt siloed, limiting opportunities for growth and collaboration. My teammates and I were part of a larger layoff, and the process felt abrupt. Although I understand layoffs are often handled without advance notice, the experience felt inconsistent with reassurances made during a company meeting a few months prior that jobs were secure.

      Exclusive but at what cost?

      Pros

      Great client Good exposure to entertainment and working on one of the biggest brands

      Cons

      People will stay working here just for the client alone but OMG23 doesn’t prioritize employee retention or happiness. Lots of gaps on showing that they care about their employees. Words over actions. Even the office is super outdated. Leadership has been here for 10+ years and stuck to their ways.
