Pros
There are no pro's to share apart from some learning for freshers.
Cons
1. Salary is not paid on time 2. PF is not credited to the PF account but deducted from employee's salary 3. No clarity/intimation is given before delaying salary for more than 10-15 days 4. Nobody can take decisions here apart from the CEO 5. Office is dirty, not cleaned properly especially the carpets and bathrooms 6. Even during the power cut they make you sit for hours before seeking permission from the CEO to send people home and not make them suffer in suffocation 7. Zero flexibility. You are late even by a second it is monitored and eventually pay is cut 8. No fun activities/celebrations only work 9. Nobody here complaints about things that bother them because they are comfortable now and they know nothing will be done about it by anyone. 10. The HR is only there for name sake onboarding/exit and does not support team members nor can take any decision of his own without consulting "sir"
