Pros

There are some really talented and nice people (but they're badly utilised and not listened to). Great location if based in the London office. Flexible working policy.

Cons

HR are not there for the general employee, but to look after the company and managers. They enable a clique and bullying culture. Used to be a really nice place to work. Busy, but fun. Now, though, employees are treated as commodities, not as people, despite 'wellbeing' emails and box-ticking initiatives. No real career progression unless you're with the 'in crowd'. People have been reduced to tears due to HR incompetence, bullying, and bad management, and their stress-levels are ridiculously high. Approach to management (by some) that borders on browbeating people into submission, and is seemingly rewarded and protected by HR.

Pros

Nada. Seriously......nope, still nothing, NADA.

Cons

Infamous for late payment, no respect for your hard work. Terrible benefit packages. Toxic work culture. Their management style is abysmal, nobody seem to know what they are doing. I was a full time employee there and I don't even get paid on time all the time, so I had enough of it and quite after a year; and my backup freelancers told me their payment are constantly being delayed months due to "internal finance restructuring" "bank holidays delay" etc. If you work for fun, avoid it; if you work for money, don't go anywhere near this place.

Hi there, thanks for your review. I can assure you that we do not pay people to write reviews for us, hence why we have some positive and some negative reviews. We have worked really hard to improve our benefits packages recently so hopefully if you ever did decide to get in touch with us these would be much improved! best, Amina

Pros

Like Poundland there are a few gems if you search. There are some hard working individuals who are dedicated & focused. The client base is impressive considering the creative output is poor.

Cons

Like Poundland most of it is tat. The bits that seem good soon fall apart. It is focused on offering a cheap service. Very little vision & investment in teams. It is very sales focused & I have never once discussed creative work just how much money is being made. Management are happy to throw employees under the bus purely to keep unreasonable clients happy. You do not achieve positive client relationships this way.
