      Seriously, run! HR is so crooked. They allow things to happen out of pure ego and do nothing to prevent future things. Leadership in marketing is so poor, you know who you are. As a whole, the company was not great. Poor benefits and poor people you work with. It’s like Sodom and Gomorrah, and yes, it will come down.

      Great people. Benefits and close to home

      Cons

      Letting older employees go (so many with over 30 yrs and dedicated GONE). No raise in 10yrs but management spending like they have a ton of money. Very wasteful. Sad what the Japanese management did to a wonderful company.

      I was very disappointed to learn that employees haven't had raises in many years. A lot of disconnected processes that take too long. Questionable decisions are made that negatively impact near and long term success. Lack of clear direction to overcome obstacles. Poor communication to employees about important decisions seems to be an on-going issue. Even when knowledge of those decisions impact your ability to do your job. Company seems to be in crisis mode without any realistic recovery plan. No room for growth or advancement.
