      Pros

      I have enjoyed my time in the company so far. I find the leadership well balanced and very authentic. Which is great because that’s hard to find in corporates these days were everyone wants to be a LinkedIn influencer. I find the reward structure generous as long as you are willing to put in the work and be proactive in your role. The company is in an exciting phase of growth as they are launching a new product incrementally across the world. They are very generous towards employees in terms of benefits and leave etc. I find the company very human centric and they have shown in action they value their employees and not just those in the top brass.

      Cons

      This is a large company so there can be a bit of bureaucracy to get things done.
