      Pros

      First time in my career - I'm speechless and have zero Pros. The eye drops are pretty good.

      Cons

      Upper management is ruthless and will change comp plans on the fly to avoid paying out bonus. The positive review are all from upper management to skew their glassdoor grade. Reach out to current sales people and former on LinkedIn before going to a punishing culture.

      Gain sales experience hiring standards are kind of low so if you need that coveted foot in the door, this is the place

      Cons

      The length of your employment is completely arbitrary, they wont hesitate to let you go on a whim the company relies on a sales model that reminds you of a multi level marketing arrangement where your distributors are the doctors. It works, doctors can be talked into selling stuff for you but at some point it gets old, and management will expect blood from turnips

      VP has created a very toxic culture.

      Distrust. Micromanagement. Overworked. If you’re ok with that, than it’s a PRO.

      Cons

      VP is unqualified for his position (most of upper mgmt is unqualified). He is delusional and paranoid. Has no trust in his employees and tracks their every move. Extreme micromanaging. He has created a very toxic culture within the company, Everyone at corporate aside from management, seems very unhappy and it shows when speaking to them. Employees who’ve been there more than 5 years are brainwashed robots, having no backbone; just doing what they’re told.
