As it pertains to the North American subsidiary that this role was situated in, there are some interesting learning opportunities for young professionals with access to an international network.

Cons

OCP NA has a very toxic work environment that provides no opportunities for growth, with a clear lack of leadership. Management has no respect or empathy for employees, and fosters a condescending environment. Employees were afforded little to no flexibility during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, as management had a very rigid and antiquated view on ensuring all staff quickly returned in-person to the office before most were comfortable. There is constant staff turnover as a result of the terrible work environment.

Not a good place for career development and people with ambition a lot of bureaucracy they value more family names and french diplomas rather than skills and creativity massive hierarchy projects to please the boss instead of adding a value to the company
