Pros

Great company to work for. Passionate and friendly coworkers. I was an intern for 2 months and both my coworkers and manager were extremely helpful.

Cons

The team organization could be improved a little bit. When I was there our team had 2 interns, but the analysts still did most of the work. Few would ask us to do something if we hadn't take the initiative.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are glad you enjoy the benefits here. Remuneration is reviewed on a regular basis and we are market competitive for similar positions. Do speak to your manager if you feel that the increment does not commensurate with your contributions or business performance.

Pros

Good as a stepping stone to get into private bank if you excel well.

Cons

Management is controlling - micro manage max. Leaders hold positions they are not worthy of, they do not lead by examples. Leaders use vulgarities, shout and throw files at employees. Absolute abuse of power and employee rights, yet no one dared to say anything despite witnessing it, this is the kinda culture you’ll face working here. Join at your own risk. Everyone is afraid of speaking out and keeps mum. The employees who whistle blowed to HR in the past got themselves in hot soup.. HR does NOTHING to protect the employees. Direct manager was not helpful and does not add value to most staffs, often interrogating staffs with unnecessary questions like “where are you (when you’re out for lunch)”, “it’s 858am, where are you (when you’re in the lift on your way up to to office)” etc. Also depends on the direct manager you get. Ask existing team members before you join to get an understanding beforehand, such is the office culture. Paper work/voice log are a handful and every mistakes rectified require quite some turnaround time, inflexible. Can assure you almost everyone who works here isn’t happy, everyone gossips and complains about how much they dislike the culture and management.
