      i could not get any pros in this company.

      - Very less salary/ late payment ( there is no fixed date for salary even sometimes you could not get your full salary) - unnecessarily deduction of salary without any excuse or notice - No co-operative employer/management - very late deliver of project, some times not completing the project and leave ( face value is very bad in odisha market / clients) - Bad behavior - if you are from outside of odisha then you will suffer badly . once you entered in this company you cant leave easily ( they will not give you release letter or any other documents after leaving this company easily)

      All social media executive have been written fake positive reviews here Don't trust the positive reviews here because company has forced them to write this. I was working with this people and most of the people are fraud. One person name Chitrasen is there who doesn't know anything but he is a social media manager..he even doesn't know how to write a sentence but still he is there in this company..think about this company and their people.They are totally unprofessional.

      All useless people are working here.they even don't know what to post and how to post They think they are the govt employee If you check everyone's background then you will find most of the employees don't have the proper experience.

      I was an employee in OASYS for a period of 6 months. I would advice everyone not to join OASYS. - It has the worst possible work culture, you could ever get. - You get salary only if you butter the management, else you salary could be placed on hold without any reason. - Third class management. All decisions will be taken by MD, no one else be it any positional heads also do not have any right to take any decisions. - They can deduct salary as per their will, without even asking you about it. - No way to track productivity of employees. - Will ask you to come and work in Sundays. - Absolutely pathetic way of dealing with employees.
