      Pros

      Great culture, benefits and salary. There is no limit to the possibilities and the workload is diverse. For self motivated individuals, a great place to thrive.

      Cons

      Working on improving corporate communication and addressing staff issues. Focus on new hires over existing staff sometimes disengages the foundation of the firm

      Pros

      Employee-owned and very interested in their culture, the people are authentic and care about what they do.

      Cons

      Can't figure out where they are going - growing fast but no one knows why. Much of the culture and uniqueness is being effected. Decisions and direction is nerve-wracking and no one can explain the reason. Strange period of new hires at the same time strange firings and changes. Lost some of the spark that made the company so wonderful.

      OAC is filled with talented, quality people that enjoy their purpose. We work hard for our clients and have an enjoyable experience while doing it. The Leadership Team cares about and empowers its employees and a lot has changed in the past couple of years, for the better!

      Glassdoor is requiring me to write in the "Cons" section, but I don't have any. I am very grateful to be working at such a great company.
