      Pros

      flexible working, learning and development is encouraged friendly culture

      Cons

      O2 and Virgin Media came together last year to form a new organization called Virgin Media O2. To some extent still feels as if the two former companies are still operating as separate entities. However, expect this to become less apparent in the months to come.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and it is great to see the number of positives you have listed whilst working here for over 20 years - that is some achievement. As with any joint venture it does take time for the 2 companies to embed so we do agree that it can feel like we are operating separately but we are making progress and will continue to do so over the next months to be more together and unified.

      Over cautious and risk averse. Too much burocracy to mobilise projects quickly.
