Slow to change, not many growth Opportunities in my area

In terms of your cons, all of our opportunities are advertised and we do actively encourage our people to progress their career and development. If you feel that in your area you are not seeing these opportunities then please do reach out to your Line Manager in the first instance. With the combining of Virgin Media and O2 we are sure that as time passes in to the new relationship that lots of opportunities and exciting possibilities will be ahead.
