Great to see that you have highlighted that the benefits are a pro for you as well as you feel it is a generally happy place to work. We believe that our benefits are competitive and makes us stand out from our competitors so good to see that this is a highlight for you working for us. In terms of your cons, sorry to hear that you feel it is political and that our senior management are awful to work for. Obviously this is not what we like to hear as this is certainly not the way in which we work so we would be keen to get some more information from you with regards to these 2 points so we can feedback to the relevant people.
