      Regular paycheck Health insurance 10% pension contributions

      Cons

      Staff moral at an all time low. Mandated to be back in the office 5 days a week. Constant reduction of head count to 'streamline business process' aka put the additional workload on the poor remaining employees. Lack of business direction or GTM strategy. Top down with no clarity or rational.

      The team is great and the culture from when its apart of vmo2 is great but it is changing quick.

      Cons

      5 days in office. Processes are mess. No direction. Gone through to many mergers there is know identity
