Pros

15% Bonus for the first year which would be paid monthly "Written on offer letter". Average Small Company salary with bonus it would be more than average.

Cons

For 15% Bonus you end up working 6 days 75-80 hours/per week, do the math for Bonus.

Pros

Matched plus exceeded management pay for my level, BUT.................................

Cons

Don't wipe your behind without permission. The only words given to me were "Were letting you go after two months because your not meshing with the team" I have never heard such incredibly stupid logic to release a new manager in my life. The only person I may have had issue with was the person who let me go, because she never talked to me. Right when im starting to move pieces around and change the awful stagnant culture - whoa he isnt obeying, so he must go...........and im a 22 year veteran of ACTUAL printing. Any personnel with printing background avoid the Plano, TX location for you will be wasting YOUR time. I STILL after 6 days believe that person in control is just flat out insane.

Pros

Bonus sharing program, paid monthly. Nice incentive.

Cons

1. Work is from 6am to 11pm Monday to Saturday. 2. 90% of employees are Indians on H1 Visa. For one reason, use them as SLAVES, cause those poor people have no choice. 3. Manager's attitude is in his own words "If there is job for 2 people, I'll hire 1 person" Overwork him. 4. Softwares are a decade old. its 2012, and they use SQL Server 7 and 2000. Dont want to change and wont change. The databases are designed by BLUE collar people, who have worked there for 20+ years. They have no formal college education, and everyone is FORCED to follow it.
