      Avoid ,there’s a reason they are constantly looking for staff

      None .Staff nice but never stay

      Cons

      Higher management are bullies and HR is amongst them .They don’t want to hear if you have an issue and will ignore you but will love to put you down or make you feel incompetent .They feel like you are totally replaceable so you never feel good enough .Even general managers don’t stay long because of how they are treated so imagine how staff on lower end feel

      Pros

      It’s very hard to find any pros to be honest. Maybe the “free” lunch/dinner. The food is good. The canteen where you eat is a horrible place though.

      Cons

      I’ve only been working here for some time and I already find it A NIGHTMARE. Where should I start? Management: no leadership whatsoever. They don’t care about employees, they are just slaves. No empathy. No kindness. Horrible. Facilities: the hotel itself is beautiful; but bear with me: just the guest areas. As soon as you step into the staff area, the look of everything is of a ran down place. The hotel is very warm and cozy, but if you go to the canteen you’ll freeze. Of course, guests is the only thing that matters. Staff: everyone has been working for no more than 3 months. Everyone wants lo leave. Salary: SHAMEFUL. Shifts: a disaster. They never let you know in advance what your roster is. Anyway, I could go on and on. I you get and interview here, don’t waste your time. You’re worth more than this sh*t hole.

      Staff are very friendly and make it welcoming

      Cons

      Managers aren’t very professional they say they care and want staff to feel open and honest without repercussions but then when you do they make things bigger than they are and they all talk behind your back. They really need to follow through with what they proclaim
