Everything is a con. It is so bad here. Your seniors will treat you like a slave. You will do a lot of over time every single day and ZERO appreciation.
Rather you will hear them shout at you, seriously literally SHOUT.
Your managers will not take anything on them and will put their failures on you to save their jobs, even if it costs you your job. Many have lost their jobs.
They will make sure to oppress you and your voice a lot! You will be scared to go to the HR because you might lose your job and they will not give you any reason.
They will also force you after 1 - 2 months of joining to sign a bond or leave immediately.
Zero work ethics.
Awful shift timings and you will always end up working over time. Always.
No, you will not get any perks.
They will also remove coffee machine after 5 PM and night shift engineers will have to survive in just under a fan.
Its really a low grade family business company.
We have not got our Variable pay till date. CEO words are only false and has not done even 1 thing as they had promised. 1 Lakh rupees, they have not payed till date.
Managers are extremely terrible. So bad. They hate their life and are sadist in nature. They hate other colleagues . Worst part, they are not even smart.
Cloud Support team is so stupid. They do not know how to even read emails. One person will throw work to another one and so on. Nobody wants to work. Nobody wants to learn.
If you want promotion or a decent life, make sure you know how to lick butt and give ego massages.
It does not matter how smart or technically sound you are. Only thing that matters is if you are their lap dog.
And this is not just my review, literally take any damn person. It is horrible and I will not recommend that you join this company at all.
