      Pros

      Strong CEO & management leading the company. I was fortunate to be part of a good team and good company. Hard-working team members. A fun team too! Occasionally we will have group outing to unwind and catch-up. Immense opportunity ahead for Numoni in the Fintech industry.

      Cons

      The pace can feel a bit crazy, sometimes or most of the times. Which to some, like me, is a "pro" but to others could be a "con". This is due to the nature of the fast-growing fintech industry.

      Pros

      Learn a lot of things very fast and across many disciplines. Also get to work in many cultures and understand many new people.

      Cons

      Have to work hard as the pace is very fast and if you dont catch up, you are left behind.
