Poor Managers, no choice they cannot leave as they will not get job anywhere. They are being there for now 10-15 yrs, and struggle to get the job. Poor work culture, more of political environment. Job Security is a big concern. The moment you are hood technical person, dumb managers will find someway to fire you. Just before appraisal, your manager will start saying, you are already on high package, how much hike you except. Merely 5% is what they will give. they promise for mid term appraisals nothing etc. Developers are treated like donkeys, weekends, late nights i just too common now days. People are endlessly coming on weekends and stretching, for sick leaves also manager will ask for medical certificates. If you need to attend any family function, manager reply will be to shift your function to some other date, even if you tell them 2-3 months in advance. Dictatorship is running here, leaves will be approved by only one person, and he will ask all those stupid questions. Even if you take leave, 2-3 days after they will tell HR this guy is absconding. Higher level people are more ridiculous, they looks at girls with very bad eyes, all from down to above, pass abusive comments. Managers will fight with each other, abuse each other, no matter who all are standing in room, fresher exp people etc. Now company is even struggling to find clients No new people are joining. They are taking weekend drives, but nobody actually joins
