Pros

Young workforce who have lots of energy Very careful about external image

Cons

- Management decisions do not reflect the values of the company but self-serving whims of the certain people. -Key people in management are not mature enough to respect and make the most of diversity - Company Image is different from what actually happens inside - Lots of OT, and the company will expect that from you, salary comes late and you will be judged if you raise an issue. But they will treat you to parties so I guess it’s all good?

Pros

Only the employees. Everyone is nice and smart and works hard.

Cons

Management, HR, very focused on image. They also stopped paying for Pagibig and SSS for months at a time, so theyre scammers too. Selfish upper management who dont care about employees, they only want you to think they care so they can continue underpaying you.

Warning: Do not be fooled by the paid ads and "cool" office look.

Pros

General workforce is dominated by millenials Good ambiance

Cons

Office Politics - rift between leadership teams. Rift between owners/ management committee. Lack of systems and procedures - No succession planning, no retention plan, insufficient employee benefits, lack of necessary HR support such as training, organizational development and employee relations. Employees are overworked and paid at the minimum. Culture of mistrust and inefficiency dominated by managers with little to no management/mentorship/leadership skills. Tip to those who are applying: ask about their turnover rate and that alone should paint the whole picture for you.
