Terrible office environment, felt like a cliquey high school. Management was rude and disorganized. During my first week, my boss told me at least a dozen times she did not have time for me. They sat me in a corner all alone with no guidance or direction and expected me to fix all the problems they created.

Toxic upper management. Overworked staff(especially finance). "Blame game" mentality. Vague leadership/training. This is NOT an ad agency! Better suited for business majors. The job is all about covering your butt when feces hits the fan, no matter what department you're in. It's a giant blame game all the way from the top, nobody cares how much work you do or do right as long as they can blame you when things go south. Upper management is daft and out of touch. If you can see yourself being an impersonal office drone you'll excel at this job. 3-4 month learning curve for most positions.
