      Personally i did this job effortlesy and efficently. They had my back when my brother died & also learned many things while connecting with many people would go back

      Personally i my direct supervisor saw my potiential and drive as a threat and veered me off the path to success. My supervisor was also very jealous that clients were asking for me directly

      Pros

      The employees work together as a team most of the time. It is a family and friendly work environment where everyone knows each other.

      Cons

      The owners do not get along with each other hence employees are put in the middle to take sides instead of looking at the bigger picture which is to work for the success of the company.
