- Learn a lot of new skills - Understanding colleagues

Cons

- Huge workload - Remuneration is so low that it is practically disrespectful , given the amount of work expected! - No casual/paid leaves! - 6 working days in a week! - Cost Cutting - Not enough team members - Management/operations handling is extremely unstructured
