      This company is willing to give anyone a chance, which is not a bad thing!

      Cons

      Chaos, confusion, lack of direction, poor communication, no central check in systems, management lacking technical knowledge in software systems, does not apply SDLC principles which can only lead to one place > disaster and wasted budgets

      Pros

      None at all - I suppose they paid me on time

      Cons

      Tried to sneak in new unreasonable contracts that would completely screw employees over. Poorly managed, with senior management incompetence rewarded with promotions, while the workforce became more disillusioned. Some decent people there, but they were drowned out by the highly politically adept, though incompetent 'leaders'. Got out as quickly as I could, and nothing would make me return.
